If a doctors office sends the prescription and your pharmacy does not have that order in stock, how about a courtesy call to let me know so I don’t have to wait in line for 15 min at your store then an additional 20 min at another store that can fill the prescription.. thanks!! I’m upset because I called to check on the prescription and the voice assistant said that the order was still being processed and that I would be ready any time after 5pm. So I wait until 5:30 only to go through this...
