  I sent my mother and sister in here to get a phone and to be placed on my plan. I live in CA they live here. They were supposed to have set it up where we turned in the old phones (7/1/2017), given credit, and would not have to pay out of pocket for the new phones and new plans. I am still being billed for the phone TCC, doing business on behalf of Verizon, has possession of because Verizon cannot find that it was turned in either. I called Verizon and this location is not a corporate office. This is a 3rd party. I called Verizon customer service to resolve the issue and it still has not. Today I get a call from the store manager Neyri who explained to me through what I assume is some accounting trick that we did credit for it but still end up having to pay for a phone. I did not have the receipt in front of me and I live in CA and he is in Texas, I did not understand what he was talking about. The “deal” we got does not sound like a deal. It sounds like my sister got suckered and I got suckered as well since I pay the bill. Lesson learned. I don’t know about you, but I will not be sending my loved ones here again. This place says they represent Verizon and if that is true they do it very poorly. Good luck to you.
