  The products they carry are fine but customer service is horrible, especially at the cashiers, where they are rude and unfriendly. The store tries to convey an atmosphere consistent with that of a country store but the employees behave as if they were trained at the largest retailers store WM that sits across the loop. They are in such a hurry to get you out that they cannot answer questions. Heaven forbid they show you where something is that you have already searched for. It was once my favorite store but treatment is very discouraging. Stores in other parts of the country do not have noxious treatment at the end of the shopping experience. Tractor Supply Company is a traded company and one would expect better.

  My favorite store to shop for my yards and animals. The staff is great and the store is always well stocked. Thank you Tractor Supply for coming to West Texas!
