- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆August 20, 2019, by Adrian ViramontesI switched from another carrier months ago and to this day I haven't gotten reimbursed because they did not explain well at all how to get reimbursed. The guy just switched me over and said I'd get my reimbursement for my other carrier's switch costs in 8 weeks. That is NOT how it works at all! Not sure if all they're interested in is getting you into their service because they get commissions but I thought t mobile was better than that these days. Smh
