  I personally, have been coming to this location for about 2 to 3 years now and I have never encountered any issues, I've always been treated like I want to be treated and they have always gone over the top, some faces have changed but I remain satisfied. Some folks have negative reviews but I'm a firm believer of "treat others how you want to be treated" and I hate to tell some of you all and T-Mobile might disagree for professional reasons, but the customer is not always right. From paying my bills in store sometimes or upgrading or purchasing another device they always offer, offer, offer, and every time I've gone for a new phone they always suggest to install screen protectors and cases for free, and it's little things like that, that keep customers like me coming back.
