  Living at the Reserve at Sandstone Ranch has been an experience like no other, not only are the facilities luxurious but the staff is welcoming and friendly. As a single mother of twin girls it was hard for me to transition from a traditional house to an apartment, but the staff at "The Ranch" helped my girls and I find a new place to call home. If safety and reliability is key on your list of finding a new place to live then the ranch is exactly what you're looking for. Believe me when I say that extra dollar or extra mile is well worth the peace of mind I get knowing I'm a tenant.

  Wait until its time for your lease to end.. it all goes downhill from there if it already hasn't done so. If I could give this place 0 star, I absolutely would with no hesitation. When I first found this place, I loved it.. the complex and staff. Fast forward a year later, it is the MOST HORRENDOUS place someone could ever possibly live at. Before I moved in, I've been warned by my friends who are in the Army and not in the Army to not live here. If you're a soldier, do not live here. If I could get this place on the Installation's Black List I would totally vouch for it in a heart beat. They will take every dime from you and seriously screw you over. That goes for non Army people as well. The staff may seem kind to you at first but in the end, if you come to them with an issue.. they probably won't help you and turn you away. Out of all the staff members there, Johnny and John are the only ones who are kind to you. Others.. not so much. I seriously recommend living somewhere else because I do not want anyone to go through the awful experience I as well as several others have gone through.
