So in late September/October of 2017 I brought an Ipod nano in for a cracked screen and flickering backlight. After nearly 2 months they finally managed to replace it. I had it home for 2 days before I noticed the screen was already separating from the body, the Bluetooth cover had fallen off completely, and the flickering had never been fixed at all.I returned the damaged Ipod under warranty and STILL haven't seen repairs or a replacement rendered and we're pushing February 2018. I also brought an Android phone in around the same, possibly later in november of 2017. SAME issue with the glass. It was poorly glued down and visibly separating in the corners. To make matter worse, they glued over the user facing camera completely rendering it useless. Seriously guys!? I won't even bother taking the phone back for warranty repairs. It will probaby take them 2 months to fix the shotty workmanship they botched the first time. BE WARNED
