There are always 2 people behind the counter....but they are not helpful. They are out of items frequently. (they say, "let us call and see if another store has it"....I do not WANT to drive all over town) Their "buy 2 get 1 free" dog food deal is a rip off. For example: regular type dog food, single bag is $12.99 each. But...if you want to buy 2 to get one free..the cost is $19.99 a bag. So.......single bag is actually cheaper.
