  Paid upfront with my debit card for uniforms at work through this company on 8/31/2015. Told I would get order in 2-3 weeks. Never got order. Was told they were on back order at the end of September. Asked for my money back, was first told by a sales rep named Bill on 2 different occasions that I would get a refund. Never happened. Contacted the general manager Hector who told me they had "no way of giving a refund". I then had to have my employer contact them to negotiate a refund. Had to give Hector all my debit card info so they could refund my money. Waited 3 business days, still no refund. Contacted Hector who said I should have my refund "by the end of the day". Guess what it's 10/22/2015. Still no refund. They basically stole $82.81. Hopefully the BBB will have better luck getting the refund for me cuz all I get is a bunch of lies to get me off the phone. It's sucks because I'm pretty sure my employer has given them a lot of new business this fall and this is how they treat their customers.
