  I would recommend you take your money elsewhere. Horrible service. I paid for the mattress, and was promised Next day delivery, and they didn't deliver. I spoke with the GM he apologized and promised to deliver first thing next morning, and it was never delivered. I spoke with him and no apology or anything. In other words very disrespectful, they are not trustworthy. People are always having a hard time, and requesting refunds. I hope this review helps you in making a wise decision. Mine was getting my money refunded.

  Purchased a Mattress from their Las Cruces store in October for a December delivery. Thought that was plenty of time to get what we wanted when we wanted it. Wrong! The day before the delivery date they called to say they could give us a different size but not the Queen we ordered! Had to buy elsewhere and I advise you do the same. Called and called the district manager's office, mail box full and no answer were my results. How dare they have their doors open for selling to the public if they can not deliver their product with almost two months purchase in advance.

  Well if I could give 0 stars I would, holly Molly what a horrible experience. We got mattress at the Zaragoza location and the Manager Damien Rivera is worthless. He had no answeres or anything at all. They told us delivery for the 14th, no delivery. We went and they told us to call on Monday, we did and then told us to call Saturday. I called back and he hung up on me and would not answer me no more. I called James, a area manager for them in NM and he called and apologized and told me to go to N Meza and that he had talked to the manager over there and that he took care of it. I went, twice, the Manager there tells me how James meant he would only help me save money but I had to pay the difference. I mean wth, the Manager over there told me he would he would talk to the Owner Ricardo and another manager Adrian. He calls me back and tells me, “the owner said he can’t and won’t do nothing, you could have your money back” I mean what kind of business is that. I do have to say the Manager in N Meza was helpful and tried to give us solutions which I do appreciate. I have never been so disappointed and insulted ever. I will be going to the BBB cause they don’t deserve to be in business. PLEASE RUN, RUN AND DONT SHOP HERE, TAKENYOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE ITS NOT WORTH DEALING WITH THESE CROOKS.
