  Where do I start.....lies lies lies!!!! Was told i would get a full refund if I wasn't satisfied with my new mattress, was told I would get same day delivery, was told they didn't have the box spring I wanted, but would get it changed out.....see the pattern, this location is a scam just waiting to happen.. The worst part is, when I ask to talk to a manager, I'm always told that he's at a different store and that the deals the employees offer are not the responsibility of the manager.....i spent over $1300 on a set of mattresses that I could have gotten at big lots for almost 400 dollars less....the worse part was that the sales rep kept telling me that it was reduced because I was military.... PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!! TOTAL SCAM!

  The worst customer experience, ever. It took 3 days to get a twin size mattress delivered. The mattress my wife bought (1:00 pm) needed to be picked up from their warehouse and delivered to the store for pick up ( they told us to call back around 7). We called at 7:30 pm to see if it was ready for pickup, nothing. They "felt bad" and told us they would deliver it to our house from 12-6 pm....ok, cool. I waited for absolutely nothing because it was once again not delivered. I went to the store to see what was going on and everyone was lost. Not a little lost but lost to the point that I wondered if these guys worked there. To "makeup" they gave me free pillows. Yaaaay? I finally got the mattress after multiple calls and an in house visit. Take your $ to another mattress place.
