Montana store called & placed hold for us till next day. Game stop stores open at 10a. So I was first customer as soon as they opened. As I walked in I was greeted with a good morning, smile & welcome. Forgot to get young lady's name. But she's a tall, with glasses, cheerful & happy. Helped answer any & all questions. When I entered store I was having a bad morning. But after I left that store I left in a better happy mood. This store is not close to where I live, but I'll definitely be back for Great customer service
