They ended up replacing the gold latch wit a 10 k one which turned bronze ... Spoke to Mr Chavez made excuses of that not taking place ... He said all it needed was to be cleaned .. So when I picked it up . It was another latch from Canada 14k. If this isn't a deciptive exchange I don't know what is ... I rate them a -1 .... Wouldn't recommend them .
