  Went in for a new car radio. They helped me get a great one at an affordable price. They even found the radio mount needed for my car! Installation was super quick and looks fantastic. Will definitely refer them my friends and family.

  Best store to get everything you need for your car stereo. Some Guy Carlos with the best customer service I've ever had helped me out and knew exactly what I was looking for. Will be going back for some window tint soon. Thank you custom sounds for the best quality and friendly staff. Would never even think of going anywhere else.

  They installed demo speakers as new. They didn’t tell me they were installing the display speakers until I noticed them missing off of the display. Had to ask several times if the speakers in my vehicle were the display and they reluctantly told me that they were. I told them I didn’t want those. They said nothing could be done. Had to write to their corporate office to have them replaced. Then the amp they sold me has too much power for the sub and now my sub is fried. I purchased all the items based on the staff recommendation. They will not replace anything because it’s over the warranty. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
