  The store manager named Felipe, ran my debit card to pay for a couple of phones I was purchasing. He proceeded to say that the payment didn't go through. I verified on my bank app and the payment showed pending. He wanted to run my card again and I refused. I asked him to cancel the sale and the payment. He insisted that the payment never went through. I gave it two days to clear, but the money was drafted anyway. I went back to get a refund, and still they insist they never took the payment. Despite taking them a copy of my bank statement showing the draft, they refuse to give me my money back. A bunch of thieves work at that store.
