If you're not selling but looking to buy a gaming system this is a decent place I went in there and found an xbox360 that looked in good condition for $70 then found two amazing games for $6 but with an extra game inside the system all totaling to $82 with Tax which isn't a bad deal considering the games and system worked And I watched them test them to prove me

I've never physically been to this location but I recently did business online with them for a bass guitar they had posted online. They advertised it "like new" and "with hardshell carry case." The ad even featured pictures of the bass in said case and even had pictures of just the case itself. After purchase, I received an email from one of the employees stating that the case pictured was not going to come with the bass guitar but they would throw in a soft carry gig bag and new set of strings for the trouble. That wasn't that big of an issue to me because I already had a new case at home waiting on it and secondly, the price I paid for it was a great deal so no big loss. Shipping and communication with the shop were hassle free and friendly. A few days passed and the bass was delivered. I found it to be in considerably less than new shape. It was quite dirty, had worn frets, a broken nut, a scratchy tone pot, a frozen truss rod and it appeared to have sat for years. Thankfully, I bought the bass with the plans to upgrade all the electronics, so the buzz and tone pot weren't a big deal. What I wasn't expecting to do was spend two weeks unfreezing the truss rod and replacing the nut. After getting it all set up and ready to play, I found that the neck is in desperate need of a fret job. So that's another $300 I'll be sinking into this bass. Also, the free set of strings they sent me were still sealed in the package but appeared to have sat on a shelf for ten years. After stringing them on, the strings were quite flat and were obviously a very old, non used product. So those were worthless. The only real issue here is that they misrepresented the condition of the product they were selling so I would be cautious of dealing with these guys if you ever come across their items online. Given the facts I've stated above, I would have given this place a 1 star rating all day long, but Manny was very courteous and friendly in our correspondence. The excellent customer service, the thought that counts on the strings and the fact that I had a new case and plans of an electronics upgrade make this whole experience not sting as bad as it should, so I'll toss an extra star back on. 2 stars.
